How it Works

Our process is simple and seamless. Choose your service, schedule your order, and let our team handle the rest. Quick, efficient, and hassle-free!

Book A Collection

Fill out the reservation form and arrange for a pickup on the next day that is available. We will send you an SMS to confirm your reservation. There are many options because we visit your neighbourhood at least twice a week. 48 hours is our typical turnaround time.

Pick Up

We pick up your clothes at your house or another specified location. We will give you a call before departing empty-handed if there are no things left out for pickup. As soon as the collection is finished, an SMS message will clarify whether it was successful or not.

Cleaning

Our professionally educated crew cleans your clothes in-house using gentle and eco-friendly detergents. Before being delivered, every item of clothing is examined by hand. Complete responsibility for every order is provided by automated item tracking.

Delivery

We return your order to your home or another specified place. We will call you for instructions before departing if we are unable to deliver. A thorough tax invoice and confirmation of the delivery's success or failure will be sent via email.
